The shopping cart and downloading process is being handled by GetDPD, in conjunction with PayPal. You do NOT need to be registered with PayPal to purchase lessons. You can choose to use PayPay as a guest. This is a secure and safe download process.

Once you have paid for the lesson through PayPal, you will be taken to a Download page with a link to the file. Click the Download button and save the file to your computer. Keep the Download link page open until your download is complete. These are big files (100-300MB), so it can take several minutes to complete a download. You should also receive an email with a link to the Download page.

Each lesson will be a downloadable ZIP file that contains:

- A video file in WMV (windows movie file) format. This format should play in Windows Media Player or Apple Quick Time player (for Quick Time, you may need to download the free Flip4Mac plugin). You can also use third party players such as the free VLC player.

- A txt or pdf file containing TABS of highlighted licks, chords, scales, etc.

- An mp3 jam track that you can use to play along with and practice.

Use your favorite ZIP file program (WINZip, Stuffit, etc) to extract the files to your computer.

I am not always immediately available. But I will make sure you get your lesson, or if necessary, refund your money. Whenever possible I will respond right away, but it could potentially take me up to 48 hours to respond. I WILL respond so please be patient.
